The Brother MFC-J6720DW is designed for micro and small offices that require printing and scanning at tabloid size, but it costs almost twice as much as our Editor’s Choice, the Brother MFC-J6920DW (11 by 17 inches, and the ISO A3 equivalent).
There are three key differences, but the MFC-inability J6720DW to scan duplexed pages is the most significant. You may find that you don’t require duplex scanning (reading both sides of a page) to be a deciding factor.
The MFC-J6720DW differs mostly from other MFP models in that it does not support NFC (near-field communications) and has a smaller touchscreen on its control panel.
Connecting a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet by NFC makes it convenient to print from or scan to the device. However, not all mobile devices (especially iThings) have NFC compatibility, so having it in the printer won’t do you much good if your phone doesn’t.
The MFC-J6720DW is a far more realistic option if you don’t want duplex scanning or Near Field Communication. It’s hard to justify purchasing the more costly printer only for the touch screen because of the smaller size (2.7 inches vs. 3.7 inches).

Procedures for Handling Paperwork and Other Primacy Needs
Download Brother MFC-J6720DW Driver – The Brother MFC-J6720DW, like the MFC-J6920DW, stands out from models that can only print on letter-size paper because of the versatility with which it handles different paper sizes.
It has two 250-sheet paper trays; the largest paper size you can use in any of them is a tabloid. So, you may effortlessly switch between paper sizes, whether you need to pack 500 tabloid-size sheets at once or 250 letter-size sheets and 250 tabloid-size sheets.
The automatic print duplexer enables you to print on both sides of a page, and the one-sheet manual feed lets you print on different types of paper without having to swap out the tray’s contents.
As has been said, duplex scanning is impossible. In contrast to the majority of MFPs, the flatbed and 35-sheet ADF can accommodate tabloid-sized paper.
Aside from that, the MFC-J6720DW has great prices for an MFP. It can function as a standalone fax machine and copier, print directly from PictBridge cameras, print from and scan to sd card and USB memory keys, and print from and fax to your computer via a network.
In addition to being able to print to and scan to many cloud-based services (including Evernote, Dropbox, Box, Twitter, Google Drive, and more), this printer is also Internet-enabled.
The Brother MFC-J6720DW Driver enables you to print from and scan to a mobile device, such as a smartphone or tablet, from anywhere in the house or on the go, thanks to Wi-Fi direct and wireless direct printing. Even if the printer isn’t in range of a wireless network, it’s still possible to print from and scan to a mobile device by connecting through Wi-Fi Direct or Wi-Fi and Ethernet.
